Submission requirements

Limit the entire abstract to one page.
Submit a Word document no larger than 6 MB.
Save your completed file as AGMT_FirstName_LastName.docx, for example AGMT_John_Smith.docx.
Underline the presenter’s name and include the corresponding author’s email address.
Keep the fonts, spacing and margins specified in the template.
